Fiber artist Clay Burnette, bean and corn salsa cooking demonstration.

Our studio demonstration will be with Clemson Food Safety and Nutrition Agents Marie Hegler and Adair Hoover as they give viewers some healthy tips to use when preparing food and they will show how to make a bean and corn salsa. The featured segment will visit Fiber Artist Clay Burnette; he creates scarves and award-winning baskets out of pine straw.
