Professor Chris DeMarco talks about transmission lines and Wisconsin's energy needs. Last week a state appeals court upheld a ruling approving a major transmission line, it’s called the Badger-Coulee line, that cuts diagonally across the state from La Crosse to Madison. A decision will soon be made whether or not to approve the Cardinal-Hickory Creek line.
